EVENT SCHEDULES
A detailed order of competition will be sent to coaches by the Monday prior to the event by 5 PM which will include the location and exact times that your team will report backstage, warm-up, compete, etc.
Printed schedules will NOT be available onsite.
Schedules will not be marked final until Thursday at 8 pm prior to the event and posted online.
All changes must be communicated to bids@theonefinals.com by the Wednesday prior to the event at 5:00 pm EST.
Changes after this time will NOT be accepted.
